Chuletas con Manzana

Ingredients

  • 8 chuletas
  • 2 cebollas grandes, blancas o rojas
  • 4 manzanas medianas
  • 3 cucharadas sofrito o un sobrecito de Saz�n
  • 1 taza vino rojo
  • salsa Worstershire al gusto

Directions

Corte cebollas y manzanas en rodajas.Adobe las chuletas con el sofrito y un poquito de sal. En un molde cuadrado coloque una camada de manzanas, una de chuleta y una de cebollas.Repita si quiere doblar la receta.Cubra con mezcla de vino y salsa Worstershire.Hornee a 300 grados por 35 minutos.
