The Best

I had a really great time at the El Portal Hotel during my trip. The staff were nothing that I have ever experienced. Very friendly and were willing to help and assist anytime. I will definitely go back there. Date of visit: March, 2006

Not a Pleasant Stay

The room condition is below average: smell of mold everywhere. The windows were sealed but if they weren't, they would have open to the chimney of a nearby restaurant anyway. The hotel only had a handful of parking spots available. However it seems you can park anywhere in PR without getting a ticket so it's not that big of a problem. Date of visit: 01/2005
