I Will Stay Again
by Ramon Rodriguez from Puerto Rico
It was my first time spending the night in Old San Juan and if I have to stay again I will stay in this hotel. The location is great, the room was very comfortable and facilities are well kept. They can work on the air conditioner that was not cooling the room. But anything else was great. Date of visit: July 17, 2007

Small But Warm
by Abby Brown from Newport, RI USA
We have been to Puerto Rico 3 times and have stayed at the Ritz Carlton once and accidentally found the Hotel Milano. We stayed twice and found the hotel clean, warm and the restaurant food very good and not to expensive. The view from the rooftop is really nice. Date of visit: April 16, 2005

After the Cruise...
by Arie from Salt Lake City
We wanted to see some of San Juan after a seven day cruise. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to 'Old San Juan' and were not disappointed. A 5 star hotel would place us on a beach, far from the sites so we took a chance and I believe we chose well. The room had what we needed and the restaurant on top had a pleasant atmosphere although we only had a morning brunch there. I would consider staying there again. Date of visit: October, 2005

Great Hotel, Slap in the Middle of History
by Paul Gribble from Wichita Falls, TX USA
Just got back from Carnival Cruise, Hotel Milano is extremely clean and staffed by cordial helpers. Met and shook hands with the owner, who has a wonderful personal story of extracting himself from Cuba during their turmoiled times. Be sure to read his personal manuscripts, available in each room. A sight seeing note, allow yourself a good day to see what Old San Juan has in store. The entire area is only about 12 blocks long, but it is packed with historical churches, forts and story filled statues. Take tennis shoes, my daughter's flip flops were an adventure of their own on those slippery, narrow, brick streets (Bengay and water also helpful...a lot of stairs and inclines to cover). And hotel Milano has you right in the middle of it all. Thanks for the wonderful time. Date of visit: January, 2005
