Clean, Comfortable and in a Good Location

I stayed at the Radisson in San Juan over Christmas and enjoyed it a lot. The room was very nice and comfortable and everything interesting in San Juan was close by and easy accessible. The beaches in the Condado area of San Juan are tiny and are quite frankly awful compared to the ones I've enjoyed around the island. However, it was nice to have so many comforts around you and YES, two Starbucks nearby which I hadn't had for seven days. Date of visit: December 24, 2006

The Radisson 'Home Away From Home' Hotel

I have stayed @ many Radissons, and have never been let down. This hotel was a mark above the rest! I told the front desk clerk about my bad flight experience and without batting an eye gave me a 'suite' upgrade and 2 cocktail vouchers. I ordered room service quite a bit, as well as ate in the hotel restaurants, after my friend became violently ill from eating in a restaurant across the street. I found the hotel food, staff and service as a package to be exceptional. After one night on the town, my friend and I found ourselves without cigarettes @ 4:00 am and a staff member went out of the hotel to buy us some. That's what I call service!!! The roof-top pool with a view beckoned you to indulge in lazy afternoons in the sun was a plus after dancing the previous night away in the small but inviting hotel cabaret lounge. This hotel, will remain, my home away from home, whenever I'm in San Juan. Date of visit: December, 2004

The Perfect Place for Honeymooners!

We stayed here for 3 nights after our cruise. It was our honeymoon, and we had booked this hotel online. When we arrived, we got there a couple hours before check in, and naturally, our room wasn't ready. They took our bags, and we spent the time in the casino and restaurant. We had mentioned to the person at the desk that we were honeymooning, and when we returned a couple hours later to check in, we were told they upgraded are room at no charge! We had booked a double queen room and ended up with a King Suite! It had a little kitchen and living room and everything! I loved it and would return again! Date of visit: April, 2004
