Nice Pool... But A Little Depressing
by At from NY, NY USA
I thought the Condado area was THE place to stay but the area is very washed-up, a has-been, not chic or trendy - there was a big beer-belly crowd in that area. The hotel owner provided a simple continental breakfast but was not friendly at all. I was traveling alone and felt safe there at the hotel but the floor in the room was dusty and dirty - you need to wear your flip flops in your room and in the bathroom or your feet will be black. The pool is small and lovely, quiet. Date of visit: 12/28/05

Beyond Good!

This small and very cozy Hotel, the staff was very friendly and the Honeymoon suit was gorgeous. Highly recommend it! Date of visit: July, 2005

Nice and Reasonable
by Edward and Susie from College Place, WA USA
Great staff. Close to the beach and restaurants, great location, and great breakfast. Bus is close and 25 cents takes you to Old San Juan. Would stay there again. Date of visit: June, 2005

Nice and Cheap
by Jenny Lederer from Boston, MA USA
The rooms were very small and utilitarian (don't trust the pictures - I think that's the bridal suite) but clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and great breakfast. Date of visit: August, 2004

Nice Place
by Jeff K. from Portsmouth, New Hampshire USA
I stayed at this Inn and found it very unique. My room was like a small apartment with modern amenities. Very spacious rooms - nice pool, really close to the center of San Juan's Beach and night life. Owner's make you feel welcome and speak English and provide off-street parking in their fenced in Inn area. Would recommend to family's and single traveler's. Negatives: No elevator - so if you have a hard time climbing stairs with your luggage avoid the Inn. Also, you have to sign your life away before they give you the remote controls to the TV, Air conditioner, use of an Iron or obtain an extra blanket. But overall nice place --experience.
