The Place to Stay

I have stayed here two times. The experience at this wonderful resort makes me go straight home to book my next vacation. I tried staying at a different hotel but once you stay here there is no comparison with any other place. The staff is unbelievable. The facilities are clean and beautiful. I can't say it enough THIS is THE place to stay when visiting the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Date of visit: March 22, 2007

I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel (3) three times over a three year period, the services are outstanding. The employees are very courteous, helpful, and understanding to your needs, Excellent Room service and speak English fluently. The rooms are beautiful and well decorated as is the lobby and all floors of the Hotel, especially the oceanfront view rooms. The Pool area is also beautiful, with fantastic services, and the beach is just steps away. Hopefully this year (2007). I will be able to take another vacation to Puerto Rico and stay at the Intercontinental. Date of visit: April 10, 2006

Will Stay Here Again

We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2005. Everything about our stay was beautiful. The staff very accommodating. We arrive at 12:30 - way before check-in. At 1:30 we were in our "upgraded ocean view room" at 1:30. I highly recommend you to stay here. Food is good, too. We enjoyed the restaurant by the beach. Date of visit: June 19, 2005
