I was soooo impressed with this hotel. I don't think that they had a bad room. The hotel was fabulous. It always had something to do for everyone, young or old! It was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone was fabulous and just so eager to help! You will love it! Date of visit: September 1, 2007

Our Best Anniversary!

A little more than four years ago we spent some time at Puerto Rico. We loved every moment of our visit except the hotel. We experienced this on more than one visit. Our stay at the San Juan Marriott captured the true TRANQUILO for my wife and me. We visit for our anniversary every year.We visit for resident family, for business and just to get away. Marriott will be our choice from this point on. The staff made us feel better than at home. The rooms, the hotel, everything was beautiful! Date of visit: April 19, 2007

Relaxing

I though the Marriott hotel stay was the best part of my week vacation. The oceanfront view from the room was calming. I was there to a attend a party weekend with approx. 2,700 guest from all over the US, but when I arrived at the Marriott it was always relaxing and enjoyable. It was my quite time away from the party scene. The staff was always courteous and willing to help in any way possible. As of right now there is no better place to stay in the San Juan Condado area. Wonderful

Business Travel

I have spent numerous long trips to San Juan and I stay here all the time. I love this place an the attention you receive from the staff of the hotel. The make my travels such a pleasure and make me feel as much as home as possible. They even remember your name which was most impressive. I have made many friends there and miss them when I am away. Great Experience

The food was excellent. Loved the outside dining on the beach. Hotel personnel were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Singles and families with children. Excellent ocean front views. Date of visit: March, 2003

Great!

My first time in Puerto Rico I stayed at the San Juan Marriott Resort, and LOVED it. The ocean front room was beautiful, it had a balcony that at night gave a relaxing and feel to the night. I enjoyed the pool area at night, because is was lit very nicely. Because it has a casino, the lobby at night is full of people dressed up for a night out. It is also close to many clubs in the area, this was especially good for me and my friends. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Marriott and can't wait to go back. Date of visit: June, 2003

Great place to stay

I will never stay at another hotel in Puerto Rico again. This is it. The staff at the San Juan Marriott were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The restaurants were fantastic. And nothing beats being able to walk outside and go straight onto the beach. Date of visit: May, 2003

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! When we walked into our room, it literally took my breath away! The rooms were huge and decorated beautifully - very comfortable, fluffy bedding. The views were wonderful - we were on a corner, so we could view the city (which was beautiful at night) and the ocean (also lit up nicely at night). The beach was great there - big waves and crystal clear water! My 5 year old son had a blast in the pools - one was a wading pool with water fountains everywhere and the other had a huge curving water slide! The dining was also wonderful, very family friendly if needed, also very elegant if desired. Room service was also excellent! We could not have stayed at a better place! I will remember it always! One of the best experiences

I had the best time in San Juan. The hotel was great. Good food, friendly people just so much was good about my trip. I love the environment and the people in Puerto Rico. I can't wait until I visit Puerto Rico again. I have referred so many people to the Marriott. I think its the best place in San Juan. Date of visit: December, 1999
